With 8 years in nutrition counseling and over 400 air fryer recipes tested, I’m here to show you that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor. When I’m not experimenting in my kitchen (where my three air fryers live permanently on the counter), you’ll find me meal prepping to true crime podcasts or trying to get a decent food photo before my golden retriever Max starts begging.
