What's up, team! I'm Marcus, a personal trainer and sports nutritionist from Denver who turned to air fryer cooking after a swimming injury sidelined me in 2022. When I gained 20 pounds during recovery, I knew I needed a game plan – and my air fryer became my MVP. With 6 years training everyone from former NFL players to marathon runners, I've learned that nutrition is just as important as the workout. I track everything (yeah, I have spreadsheets for cooking times), test recipes after leg day when I'm hungriest, and always aim for maximum protein with minimum prep time. My approach?
