I'm a certified nutritionist based in Austin, Texas, who discovered the magic of air fryer cooking three years ago while helping a client who challenged me to make healthy food that actually tasted good. After my first perfectly crispy (but not fried!) chicken breast, I was hooked. With 8 years in nutrition counseling and over 400 air fryer recipes tested, I'm here to show you that eating healthy doesn't mean sacrificing flavor. When I'm not experimenting in my kitchen (where my three air fryers live permanently on the counter), you'll find me meal prepping to true crime podcasts or trying to get a decent food photo before my golden retriever Max starts begging.
